On Saturday 2nd August, global electronic music powerhouse BBC Radio 1 lands at ANTS METALWORKS to showcase the sounds of ANTS 2025 as part of the Radio 1 Dance Weekend: Ibiza 2025

Featuring a handpicked lineup of ANTS favourites and Radio 1 heavyweights, including Chicago house star John Summit, Franky Rizardo B2B Cloonee, Max Styler, Radio 1 tastemakers Pete Tong and Jaguar, and Djammin.

Each Saturday from 3rd May - 4th October, Ushuaïa Ibiza will be transformed into the futuristic world of ANTS METALWORKS, an industrial realm where machines grind, gears clank, and advanced robotics work on a never-ending assembly line producing an unstoppable army of ANTS.

At the centre of this futuristic facility lies the dancefloor. Here The Colony move together as one to a cutting-edge house, techno and tech house soundtrack. This collective energy is the battery that powers the factory, keeping the machines working and the ANTS flowing.

But something is shifting. The more The Colony moves, the more the machines evolve. Patterns emerge. The system hums with strange intelligence, and new ANTS are appearing. Forged from liquid metal the true purpose of these mysterious Chromatic ANTS remains unknown.
