Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

  1. The client may cancel the reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of the Event. In case of Events such as Openings and Closings, the cancellation deadline for all Clubs will be 72 hours before.

  2. The client will not receive a refund of the prepayment of the reservation, if he/she cancels during the 24 hours prior to the date of the Event or if he/she does not show up for it.

  3. The company reserves the right to ask for the Identity Document (ID / Passport) at the entrance of the Event. The ID must be original, valid and legible. In case of not carrying it or not accrediting to be of legal age (mandatory requirement), they will be denied access to the Event. In which case, the prepayment of the reservation will not be refundable and the reservation would be automatically cancelled.

  4. When you make a reservation for the service offered by Usuhaïa Entertainment, S.L, you accept the cancellation and no show conditions (if you do not show up), as well as other additional terms and conditions.

  5. Delays in payment, wrong bank details, credit or debit card details, invalid credit or debit cards or insufficient balance are the responsibility of the client and may not benefit from the refund of the payment in advance (non-refundable). If any of these cases occur, in addition the Company will take the appropriate legal measures for fraud.

  6. If the client wishes to review, modify or cancel the reservation, he/she must contact Ushuaïa Entertainment S.L., via Email (to the confirmation of your reservation mail) and cancellation supplements may be applied in accordance with the cancellation, payment (in advance) and no show conditions (if you do not show up).

  7. Ushuaïa Entertainment S.L. reserves the right to modify this Reservation and Cancellation Policy, informing users of the modifications made through the Website https://www.unitedants.com/refund-policy or via E-mail.

  8. The user is aware that the use of the services implies full and unreserved acceptance of each of the clauses included in the cancellation policy of the https://www.unitedants.com/refund-policy in the version published by Ushuaïa Entertainment S.L. at the very moment in which the user contracts the service. For this reason, the user or client must be aware of the importance of consulting the rules of this page, prior to accessing and/or using these services.

  9. This cancellation policy is governed by Spanish Law. Ushuaïa Entertainment, S.L and the users, for the resolution of any dispute that may arise, regarding its validity, execution, compliance or resolution, in whole or in part, they submit, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other that, in their case, may correspond to them, to the competence of the Courts and Tribunals of Ibiza.
